Where does seeitcard.com deliver?

We ship internationally to many countries across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, as long as online ordering and international delivery services are available in your destination.

How much is the delivery charge?

Shipping fees vary by country and will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Good news: we offer free shipping on orders of USD $75 or more(after payment, per order).

How long does shipment processing take?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During peak periods, processing may take a little longer. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay, we’ll reach out to you by email.

How long does it take from placing an order to receiving the goods?

Delivery times vary depending on your country/region. Typically, we process orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number, so you can follow the shipment progress in real time.

Where obtain shipment information or track orders?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

What should I do if packages is damaged during shipping?

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll guide you through the next steps and provide support where we can. We may offer compensation measures depending on the situation.
At the same time, please note that SeeItCard is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during transit. We will take photos of your order before it is shipped and share them with you, so both of us can confirm the item(s) were in perfect condition at the time of dispatch. If your order is damaged or missing due to shipping, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Before submitting a claim, please keep all packaging materials and the damaged items, as the carrier may require them for assessment.
